Founded in 2006, Belveron and its affiliates have invested in more than 200 properties in 32 states, representing more than 25,000 affordable homes. Our capital investments have provided meaningful liquidity to thousands of limited and general partners in concert with our preservationist goals.
As Managing Partner, Mr. Paul Odland provides executive leadership and direction to the firm, ultimately answering to our investors. Paul is involved in all strategic decision-making, including raising equity investment capital, sourcing investment transactions, and making investment decisions. Prior to forming Belveron Partners, he was the President and CEO of Concierge Asset Management, along with previous experience at Bridge Partners. Mr. Odland holds a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and has completed real estate continuing education at Harvard University. He resides in Belvedere, CA with his wife and two children. Paul is also involved in various local community boards, non-profits and charities.
Mr. Louis A. Harrison oversees sourcing opportunities, joint ventures, acquisitions, and directing marketing and communications. Louis is an integral part of Belveron’s transactional activities; from purchasing assets to fundraising. Prior to joining Belveron, Mr. Harrison’s entrepreneurial background includes building advertising and consumer product companies, a credit card processor, and resident managing a local multifamily building. He graduated from Kenyon College with a degree in English. Louis and his wife reside in San Francisco.
Tony Verdon is Chief Financial Officer and oversees finance and accounting functions as well as legal entity formation and structure and facilitating debt and equity capital transactions. Prior to joining Belveron, Tony held Controller and Vice President positions with various real estate private equity firms. He began his career in KPMG’s audit practice where he focused on construction and real estate clients, and is a licensed CPA (inactive). Tony holds dual under-graduate degrees in Business Administration and Accounting from St. Mary’s College of California, and an MBA from Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He lives in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters.
Grant Sisler is a Senior Portfolio Manager cultivating general partnership relationships, obtaining partnership transfers, and providing partnership diligence at the local, state and federal level. Prior to joining Belveron Partners, Grant served as the Acquisition Manager for Concierge Asset Management, and also worked at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst in Private Wealth Management. He holds a degree in Economics and Spanish from Duke University, where he completed a certificate program in Markets and Management. In his free time, Grant is an avid outdoor runner. He and his wife live in Park City, with their two sons.
Dustin Mathis oversees acquisitions of real estate assets and fractional interests in the markets West of the Mississippi and nationally from NonProfit partners. Dustin began has over twenty years of real estate experience with a strong background in the private lending space. During that time, he was responsible for over $200M of debt placements in all various type of commercial assets while working with Pritchett-Rapf & Associates, Private Mortgage Fund, Redeo Capital and was the owner of Clock Tower Financial. Dustin lives with his wife in Southern California.
