Mr. Savage manages multiple portfolios of real estate assets in New York City and Southern California. Before relocating to the Bay, Mr. Savage lived in Puerto Rico where he helped manage a direct lending fund and a real estate private equity fund that made LP and GP investments throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico. He began his career originating and underwriting CMBS loans at Townhouse Partners in New York City.
Jonathan received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business.
