Mike Gross manages Belveron’s Texas portfolio of multi-family real estate assets. Before joining the firm, Mike served as on-site asset management lead for over $400 million in multifamily assets in various stages of construction and stabilization at RCP Companies, a boutique real estate development firm. Mike’s love of real estate started as an Associate with RCLCO Real Estate Consulting’s Real Estate Economics team, where he provided market and financial analysis to support developers in shaping investment strategy, product positioning, compensation analysis and project feasibility.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University Chicago’s Quinlan School of Business.
