Mr. Bacharach underwrites prospective acquisitions and provides analytical support to the firm’s investment decision process. Prior to joining Belveron, Ben worked as an Analyst at Aulder Capital where he specialized in multifamily and mixed-use investments and helped develop the firm’s socially-responsible investment strategy. He also interned for PJT Partners in its Park Hill Real Estate Group, focusing on capital raising and asset advisory.
Ben holds a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and is on the Board of Cayuga’s Watchers, a nonprofit that provides bystander intervention training to college students.
