Bridge at Arella Lakeline

Located a short drive from North Central Austin’s Parmer Tech Corridor, Bridge at Arella Lakeline is a garden-style apartment complex which was purchased by Belveron in partnership with the Austin Housing Authority (HACA). The property is ideally situated in the Round Rock ISD, one of the strongest school districts in Austin. Belveron’s investment in Arella Lakeline allowed for 40% of the property’s units to be reserved for households earning 80% AMI or below, and 10% to be reserved for households earning 60% AMI or below.

Arella Lakeline was constructed in 2017. Community amenities include a resort-style pool, a large entertainment pavilion, a resident clubhouse with a theater and game room, a dog agility park, poolside putting green, a children’s playground, and a fitness center with cardio boxing and spin equipment.
