Bridge at Southpark Landing
Located in South Austin, Bridge at Southpark Landing is a 308-unit garden-style apartment complex which was purchased by Belveron in partnership with the Austin Housing Authority (HACA). The property provides convenient access the 550-acre MetCenter Business Park as well as Austin’s Central Business District. Belveron’s investment in Southpark Landing allowed for 40% of the property’s units to be reserved for households earning 80% AMI or below, and 10% to be reserved for households earning 60% AMI or below.
Southpark Landing was constructed in 2007. Community amenities include a resident clubhouse with billiards table, state of the art fitness center, resort-style pool, and a barbecue grill area.
