Located in Milwaukee’s Dineen Park neighborhood, Fernwood Court is a three-story elevator building that offers secure homes for seniors and the elderly at substantially below market rates.

Belveron’s investment included repairs and improvements to ensure the property continues to serve vulnerable populations in the area. Under Belveron’s ownership, Fernwood’s Project-Based Section 8 contract has been continued thereby preserving the property’s affordability and maintaining rent restrictions at 60% AMI.
