In this partnership, Belveron purchased an interest in a portfolio of properties consisting of 2,444 apartments throughout New York and New Jersey. All of the properties benefit from Project-Based Section 8 contracts that subsidize tenants’ rental payments.
Belveron’s investment and the renewal of these contracts preserves much-needed homes for households earning 60% AMI or less.
