Mr. Kim underwrites prospective investments and contributes to various ad-hoc analysis. Prior to joining Belveron, Aaron was a Consultant at FTI Consulting in their Real Estate group. Aaron also previously interned at GreenRock Capital, a C-PACE financing firm based out of Larkspur, CA.
Aaron holds a BS in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
