Ben Bacharach underwrites and originates acquisitions while providing analytical support for the firm’s investment decision process. Since joining the firm, he has led the acquisition of more than $1.9 billion in real estate assets. Prior to Belveron, Ben worked in Acquisitions at Aulder Capital, where he focused on multifamily and mixed-use investments and helped shape the firm’s socially responsible investment strategy.
Ben holds a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and serves on the Board of Cayuga’s Watchers, a nonprofit that provides bystander intervention training to college students.
