Chloe Unger oversees the strategic sourcing of investments and deployment of Belveron’s discretionary equity funds dedicated to the preservation and creation of affordable housing.
With a steadfast commitment to providing housing solutions, Chloe has spent her entire career working in this sector, transacting on more than $2 billion in real estate over the last ten years. Her work primarily focuses on preserving and expanding affordable housing options to meet the needs of communities throughout the U.S.
Before joining Belveron, Chloe was Director of Acquisitions at Jonathan Rose Companies where her dedication to creating sustainable housing solutions was evident. Her previous experience also includes serving at the New York State Housing Finance Agency where she underwrote preservation and new construction affordable housing transactions using 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bond financing throughout the state.
Chloe holds a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California and a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
