Chloe Unger currently serves as the Director of Acquisitions & Investments at Belveron Partners, overseeing the strategic sourcing of investments and deployment of the company’s discretionary equity funds dedicated to the preservation and creation of affordable housing.
With a steadfast commitment to providing housing solutions, she has spent her entire career working in this sector, transacting on more than $2 billion in real estate over the last ten years. Her work primarily focuses on preserving and expanding affordable housing options to meet the needs of communities throughout the U.S.
Before joining Belveron Partners, she held the role of Director of Acquisitions at Jonathan Rose Companies, where her dedication to creating sustainable housing solutions was evident. Chloe’s previous experience also includes her role at the New York State Housing Finance Agency, where she underwrote preservation and new construction affordable housing transactions using 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bond financing throughout the state.
She holds a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California and a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
