Ian Cook tracks the financial performance of real estate assets monthly and quarterly to ensure performance standards are met and to support decision making at the asset and fund level. Prior to joining Belveron, Ian worked on the Asset Management team at a vertically integrated multifamily investment firm.
Ian studied Finance and Real Estate at the University of Denver Daniels College of Business.
