Mr. Pence joined Belveron Partners in 2019 and plays a key role in defining the company’s strategic direction, evaluating investments, driving portfolio performance, and running day to day operations of the company. He has direct oversight of the Asset Management, Disposition, and Finance teams. Prior to joining Belveron Partners, Michael honed his multifamily skills with Carmel Partners where, over the course of 13 years, he played an instrumental role in the acquisition, portfolio management, recapitalization and disposition of transactions exceeding $3 billion in value. He spent the first 13 years of his career helping high growth start-ups create sustainable operating businesses.
Michael holds a BA from Dartmouth College and majored in Psychology.
