Patrick Barry

Patrick Barry leads the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of affordable acquisition/rehabilitation opportunities for Belveron nationally.

Patrick focuses on building relationships with public and private stakeholders to maximize impact for the communities he serves. He has a proven track record of creatively structuring complex investment and development activities to achieve common goals. Prior to joining Belveron, he held senior Acquisitions roles at Related Affordable and Redwood Housing after beginning his career at JP Morgan.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College and completed postgraduate coursework in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.
