Ms. Lim assists with accounting and financial reporting for Belveron’s portfolio of real estate assets. She brings over 10 years of previous accounting experience with a strong background in real estate, hedge funds, and partnership taxation. Prior to joining Belveron, Sophya oversaw all financial reporting responsibilities for a private REIT, gaining exposure to a diversified portfolio of real estate assets, with a heavy emphasis in industrial and multifamily properties. Ms. Lim got her start in public accounting and then later worked in hedge funds before pivoting to real estate.
Sophya holds a BS in Accounting from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo and is a licensed CPA.
