Mr. Shlafman oversees finance and accounting functions as well as legal entity structuring and formation. He plays a key role in ensuring reporting, planning and capital markets activities support the success of Belveron Partners’ business plans as well as support the needs of our limited partners. Prior to joining Belveron, Vlad spent more than 12 years at Merlone Geier Partners, most recently serving as Managing Director of Capital Markets. Prior to Merlone Geier, Vlad worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company and an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Vlad holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
