Belveron Donates and Distributes Backpacks and School Supplies in Harlem

In August, Belveron’s New York City office and our colleagues at L+M Development Partners joined in distributing backpacks and school supplies to some of our youngest residents at Impac Houses in Harlem. Between bites of pizza, the kids stuffed their new bags full of notebooks, markers, pens, pencils, rulers and everything they need to make the 2023-2024 school year the best one yet.

Belveron Hosts Inaugural Family Day in Yonkers

Belveron celebrated summer by hosting the first-ever family day at Waterview Apartments in Yonkers. Complete with carnival-style games, giveaways and an Italian food truck, the event was an opportunity for our New York office and onsite property staff to renew and forge new connection with our residents, both young and old.

Belveron Spreads Holiday Cheer in Austin

Belveron’s CEO Paul Odland was on hand at Elm Ridge Apartments in Austin to help fulfill this year’s Winter Wishes program. Earlier this month, more than 50 households at Elm Ridge submitted wishes to be granted with requests that ranged from art supplies to games, book and clothes. Paul joined out onsite property team and a basketball-dunking Santa Claus to deliver the gifts on the back of a pickup truck—Texas style! It was a great day complete with food and music to help get everyone into the holiday spirit.

Bingo Bonanza Comes to Lane Hill Apartments

Nothing gets our seniors out of their apartments and socializing quite like a game of Bingo! We were excited to bring this fun and relaxing pastime to our residents at Lane Hill Apartments in Yonkers. Studies have shown that aging adults who participate in bingo and other social activities tend to have healthier lives, which is why Belveron is proud to offer this and other forms of passive recreation at our senior properties.
