Pacific Terrace Apartments
Located in Midway City in Southern California, Pacific Terrace Apartments is a 98-unit, three-story, low-rise apartment complex that was built in 1976. The property provides deeply affordable Section 8 housing for seniors, with residents contributing no more than 30% of their income toward rent. Upon acquisition, Belveron entered into a new contract with HUD that extended Pacific Terrace’s affordability for 38 years. Belveron also invested upwards of $30,000 per unit to address deferred maintenance and upgrade apartments and common areas.
The property offers access to three Orange County Transportation Authority bus stops, allowing residents easy access throughout Midway City, as well as nearby areas such as Huntington Beach, Santa Ana, and Stanton. The property is conveniently located within 0.5 miles of a USPS office, supermarket, and shopping center and is approximately a one-hour drive south of Downtown Los Angeles.
