Princeton Bradford and Hilltop by Princeton are garden-style rental communities in the Merrimack Valley along the Massachusetts-New Hampshire border. Built in the early 1970s, the properties once represented the pinnacle of highly-amenitized living before decades of economic neglect caused them to fall into disrepair.

Belveron’s investment included more than $10 million to address deferred maintenance and capital needs. This intensive capital campaign restored the properties to their former glory and created a product that’s accessible to residents who find themselves caught between truly affordable housing and luxury housing. Belveron installed a new management team with local expertise that has ensured a proper focus on day-to-day operations.
